Alpesh Patel has held several senior leadership roles at Amneal Pharmaceuticals for over 23 years, including Senior Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs, along with key leadership positions in EVP, Strategic Excellence & Technical Enhancement (SETE), Business Transformation & Innovation (BTI), Leadership & Enhancement (L&E), and President of SIE (Strategic International Expansion). These initiatives operated as a Knowledge Process Organization (KPO) focused on enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening technical capabilities, and driving organizational performance.
He has successfully introduced gamification-driven programs to elevate excellence in Quality and Operational Performance across the organization. Additionally, he is the founder of iPharmaAI, a SaaS and AI-powered platform for US FDA 483 observation analytics, enabling companies to proactively identify compliance risks and significantly reduce the likelihood of 483 observations, OAI classifications, and warning letters.
Alpesh has also served as a primary FDA liaison for 18+ years working closely with multiple technical committees, including SaRB, QbD, TEC, DMF, GDUFA, OPQ, Quality Matrix, Compliance, and the Office of Pharmaceutical Quality (OPF) from 2005 to 2022, providing comprehensive end-to-end regulatory, compliance strategy and guidance.
